Overview of the Clinical Intensive
During this immersive training, students engage in direct observation, guided practice, and clinical discussion, developing the practical skills necessary for Ayurvedic assessment and counseling.
This component is designed to bridge the gap between theoretical study and real-world application.

Role in the Educational Pathway
Students first complete the online didactic coursework, followed by the in-person clinical intensive, where knowledge is applied in a supervised setting.
Completion of both components is necessary to meet the educational requirements for eligibility to apply for NAMA Ayurvedic Health Counselor certification.
Learning Environment
The clinical intensive is conducted in a focused and supportive learning environment designed to encourage observation, inquiry, and practical skill development.
Students work closely with faculty and peers, engaging in collaborative learning while gaining experience in applying Ayurvedic principles responsibly.
