What You Will Experience

Role in the Educational Pathway

The In-Person Clinical Intensive is a required component of the Ayurvedic Health Counselor training program.

Students first complete the online didactic coursework, followed by the in-person clinical intensive, where knowledge is applied in a supervised setting.

Completion of both components is necessary to meet the educational requirements for eligibility to apply for NAMA Ayurvedic Health Counselor certification.

Learning Environment

The clinical intensive is conducted in a focused and supportive learning environment designed to encourage observation, inquiry, and practical skill development.

Students work closely with faculty and peers, engaging in collaborative learning while gaining experience in applying Ayurvedic principles responsibly.

Healthcare professionals participating in the program may also engage in case-based discussions exploring the relationship between Ayurvedic principles and contemporary clinical practice.
This training is an educational experience and does not confer medical licensure. Certification eligibility is determined independently by NAMA.
