A registered Ayurveda Doctor from India, Dr. Sadhna Kumar has completed six years of Ayurveda Medical college and rotatory internship and pursued three years of residency (MD) specializing in preventive and social medicine, ayurvedic nutrition and yoga.

She has worked as a physician in hospitals, clinics, and Panchakarma (therapy) centres in India. Actively associated with health education, she conducts medical camps, yoga workshops, corporate yoga, public health events, and community health campaigns related to traditional medicine. Ayurveda lies close to her heart as it reflects the traditions of her motherland, Kerala – a state known for its incredible ayurvedic heritage. She currently practices in the beautiful sun-and-sand state of Goa (India) and is studying Yogic Philosophy to pursue a PhD in Yoga.
