The Introductory Ayurveda Program is a six-month foundational course designed to introduce students to the core principles of classical Ayurveda.

This program serves as:

– A complete standalone introduction to Ayurvedic philosophy and lifestyle
– The first semester of the Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) Training Program
– An accessible starting point for students exploring deeper study

Students are guided through essential concepts in a structured, interactive format that blends traditional teachings with practical application.
No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is required.

What You Will Study

The Introductory Ayurveda Program provides a strong conceptual foundation in:

  • The philosophy and cosmology of Ayurveda

  • Panchamahabhuta (Five Elements)

  • Tridosha theory (Vata, Pitta, Kapha)

  • Prakriti (individual constitution)
