The Introductory Ayurveda Program is a six-month foundational course designed to introduce students to the core principles of classical Ayurveda.

This program serves as:

– The first semester of the Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) Training Program
– An accessible starting point for students exploring deeper study

The Introductory Ayurveda Program provides a strong conceptual foundation in:

  • Panchamahabhuta (Five Elements)

  • Tridosha theory (Vata, Pitta, Kapha)

  • Prakriti (individual constitution)
