Overview
Full payment for membership and thus enrollment must be made within 14 days of the start date of the next course.
Refunds for the full amount will be given at 30 days or more of the start of a new course. A 50% refund can be given up to 14 days prior to the start date. At less than 14 days, Aloha Ayurveda will retain the full cost of the membership.
Refunds
Once your return request is received via email, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
