Dr. Swatika Sharma is a distinguished Ayurveda practitioner and academician from India, known for her deep expertise and unwavering commitment to holistic well-being. With a robust educational foundation and extensive clinical experience, Dr. Sharma is dedicated to advancing the principles of traditional medicine and promoting a balanced approach to health.

Dr. Sharma’s foundational training began with her BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from Gomantak Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya & Research Centre, Goa, affiliated with Goa University. She further honed her skills through a rigorous MD in Roga Nidana (Ayurvedic Diagnostics and Pathology) from Parul Institute of Ayurved, Gujarat, under Parul University. Dr. Sharma’s dedication to evidence-based practice and expanding the understanding of traditional medicine culminated in her PhD in Roga Nidana, also from Parul Institute of Ayurved. Adding another dimension to her holistic approach, she is also pursuing her MA in Yogashastra from YOGAARTHI School of Indic Studies, Kavikulaguru Kalidas Sanskrit University.

Currently, Dr. Sharma serves as an Associate Professor at an esteemed Ayurvedic medical college. In this role, she not only imparts knowledge to aspiring practitioners but also spearheads various health education initiatives. Her clinical practice emphasizes a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on personalized lifestyle changes, dietary modifications, stress management techniques, and herbal remedies. Dr. Sharma is also actively involved in conducting medical camps to address lifestyle disorders and promote overall well-being through Ayurvedic principles. Her dedication to specialised care is further highlighted by her recent completion of a Diabetes Reversal Certificate Course from Madhavbaug MEDemy.

Beyond her academic and clinical roles, Dr. Sharma is deeply committed to public health. She trains hospital staff on infection control measures and actively participates in women’s health initiatives, advocating for improved hygiene and well-being.
